Standard Service Level Agreements

This service is based on a monthly retainer fee to guarantee availability of service personnel. Monitoring services can be added for a pro-active approach.

Services include the following:

  • 4 hours response, 8 hours MTTR Office Hours SLA
  • Seasonal Preventative Maintenance
  • Spares Holding for own account
  • Maintenance on:
    • PTP Links
    • Indoor and Outdoor Access Points
    • Wireless Controllers

Managed Services

Full managed services provided by SCAN RF Projects in both licensed and unified mining mesh services.

Services will include:

  • 24/7 Monitoring
  • Helpdesk
  • 2 hours response, 4 hour meantime to repair
  • Mesh Service

 

Call Centre Service

  • 24/7 First Line Support
  • 24/7 Helpdesk and ticketing system
  • 24/7 Network Monitoring

Time & Material Service

This is a non-prioritized standard rate response and will include the following:

  • Labour per hour
  • Travel per kilometre
  • All Materials used will be billed
